The Process

When you first arrive, you’ll get to pick from our collection of crystals, shaped gems, or 18k gold charms in white or yellow gold. From subtle singles to dazzling fairy dust teeth, there’s something for every style.
We’ll prep and clean your tooth, then bond the gem using a safe, dental-grade adhesive. There’s no drilling, no pain, and no damage to your enamel — just a little jewelry for your smile.
For the first hour, avoid eating. During the first 24 hours, stick to soft foods and avoid hot or acidic drinks (like coffee, wine, or soda). After that, you can brush gently and return to your normal routine. Gems typically last anywhere from a few months up to a year, sometimes even longer, depending on placement and lifestyle. If you’d like them removed, this should be done by a licensed dental professional.

On average, gems can last anywhere from a few months up to a year, or even longer. Longevity depends on placement, lifestyle, and habits.
Yes! After the first hour (and sticking to soft foods/avoiding hot or acidic drinks for the first 24 hours), you can return to your normal routine. Just avoid biting directly into very hard foods where your gem is placed.
If you’d like your gem taken off before it naturally falls off, it’s best to have it removed by a licensed dental professional to protect your enamel.
Tooth gems aren’t recommended if you have extensive dental work in the placement area, veneers, crowns, or artificial teeth, since the adhesive won’t bond properly.
